5. Subscriptions and Payments

We may offer a free trial period. At the end of the trial, you will be automatically charged unless you cancel before the trial ends.

5.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to the Service until then.

6.2 User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a licence to use, process, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

6.3 Third-Party Content

The Service analyses YouTube videos which are owned by their respective creators. We do not claim ownership of any third-party content. Your use of such content is subject to YouTube's Terms of Service.

7. AI-Generated Content

The summaries, timestamps, and answers generated by our Service are produced by artificial intelligence and may not always be accurate or complete. You acknowledge that AI-generated content should be used as a reference tool and not as a substitute for watching the actual video content. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any analysis provided.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EXPLAINTHEVID SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ExplainTheVid and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination
